We will share a bit about where empanadas originated and what they were filled with.
You will be making fresh empanada dough, and each group will make one of the following fillings to share with the rest of the class. Beef, chicken, veggie, strawberry, smores.
You will get to make a plethora of empanadas.
Paella is an easy way to entertain any size group with a magnificent meal where all ingredients are cooked in one pan!

We will utilize the gnocchi in two dishes, Pesto gnocchi and Blue cheese gnocchi with prosciutto.
