This class will focus on that rich, sumptuous food of the gods, chocolate! 
You will be given an overview of what chocolate is, where it comes from, and some of its rich history. 
You will also learn about things to pair and serve with chocolate, and finally witness a practical demonstration before branching off to create your own sweet, delectable treats. 
You will learn how to make chocolate cups, chocolate mousse, and raspberry sauce from scratch.
