Fish Three Ways
Cooking Fish is easy when you understand the cooking methods, temperatures, and timing for it.
You will receive 3, 6oz portions of 3 types of fish. Salmon, Sea Bass, Halibut (cod may be substituted)

Crispy Skin
En Papillote “in paper”

There is an age limit of 13 years old
Attendees under the age of 18 are required to attend alongside a parent or guardian.
KitchAcademy offers all classes as private lessons in your home.
It is strongly recommended that you wear close toed shoes.
Bonus if they are non-slip soles.
